The
As a Contact Center Representative, you will provide customer assistance by working in one of the following support positions within the center: Reservation Sales Agent (Remote & In-House), Roadside Representative, Customer Care Representative, Insurance Support Representative, or Call Back Representative . This position offers paid training, competitive benefits and discounts, a professional and friendly team environment, and a conservative business casual dress code.
All positions are Full-Time with a starting pay of $11.10/hr.
Contact
Handling incoming calls efficiently resolving a variety of basic customer service inquiries
Selling reservations for offices nationwide
P rovide excellent customer service to customers
Consistently meet established performance and quality standards
Locate and interpret complex information from a number of databases
Communicate information considered unsatisfactory by customers in a tactful manner.
Handle multiple tasks (ie., talking with customers while accessing information in a computer)
Offer alternatives and options to overcome objections
Cross-sell and up-sell associated items
Adapt to the needs of individual callers
Adhere to shift assignments in a 24 hr/7 day operation
Ability to handle routine work tasks performed in a structured environment
Provide timely and accurate information reflecting a customer-oriented image
Maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanor while speaking with external and internal customers.

High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the
Minimum of 6 months previous customer service experience
Minimum 1 year work experience at the same employer.
Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Insurance industry experience (hands on claims/file management) and/or understanding of ARMS a plus
Must be able to work 40 hours per week
Remote Reservation Sales Agent opportunities require the following:
Must live in
Have a permanent residence with a defined working space (home office, spare bedroom, etc.) that is clean, ventilated and quiet
Working space with three prong outlets, working smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit
Ability to gain and pay for high speed internet through either DSL or cable
Ability to secure and pay for a separate business phone line
Reliable transportation to attend onsite training, meetings, or if unsolvable technical issues arise at the home office
Successful completion of new hire training
